		<description>Not clear what do you mean with "...BPM doesn’t need a process methodology of its own"? In my books, only BPM discipline considers process as the first class enterprise-wide artefact. So, modelling of business process should be adapted to this  situation.

Definition: BPM discipline allows you to model, automate, execute, control, measure and optimise the flow of business activities that span the enterprise’s systems, employees, customers and partners within and beyond the enterprise boundaries

Your practical conclusions are very correct.
